From poached egg breakfasts to pizza dinners, The Kitchen is your answer to casual dining with a fresh, delicious twist. Equipped with its own pizza oven, this instore dining destination is all about pizza, pasta and seasonal flavours – think luscious burrata with braised zucchini, chilli and lemon (pictured above). Whatever you choose, quality, value and provenance underpin each ingredient in every one of our dishes. Don’t have time for a bite? Grab a Sensory Lab coffee-to-go instead.
THE CHEESE COUNTER
Our Cheese Counter has the best of Australian and international cheeses, all available for you to try before you buy. For the perfect spring cheeseboard, our in-house cheese expert Recep recommends a combination of aged, soft, hard and blue cheeses, and also suggests that you consider the type of milk that’s used to produce the cheese for a range of flavours. We love Jacquin Bûche Tradition de Tradition which is available as a log or pyramid; Fort Aged Comté; Colston Bassett Stilton and Coolea; Mauri cave-ripened aged Gorgonzola Bonta della Bonta DOP; and Délice de Bourgogne, to name just a few.
Neil Perry’s expertise feeds into every aspect of The Restaurant, a dining destination where you can feast on seafood specialties such as creamy chowder with smoky pangrattato, enjoy Cape Grim beef cooked just the way you like it, or tuck into hearty curries and noodle dishes.
Stop and smell the roses at our world-class florist, offering vintage blooms, modern flowers, and every variety in-between. With each stem selected by an in-house team of horticultural pros, our hand-tied bouquets are guaranteed to make your day.

With so much amazing seafood available in Australia, it takes an expert to curate the very best selection. Our fishmonger Steve Costi uses his years of industry experience to source the finest and freshest for us, with quality and fair value top of mind.
All seafood is delivered to us daily in pristine condition, then handled and stored with the utmost care by our fishmongers and chefs. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go from our Sushi Bar, picking up fish to cook for dinner or dining in with us, the same premium quality seafood can be found across our outlets.
Quality, flavour and provenance combine at our Butcher Counter. We’re proud that our meat and poultry is 100 per cent Australian and sourced from specially selected farmers who we know and trust. From our higher welfare free-range pork from the Darling Downs and free-range chickens from farms in Victoria, to grass fed lamb and beef, we sell the same high-quality meat at our butcher that we serve in our restaurant venues. Ask our expert butchers for your meat to be prepared exactly the way you like it, or opt for perfectly portioned, trimmed meat that’s packaged, ready to go..
THE SUSHI BAR
Drop by our Sushi Bar for the finest sushi, noodle bowls and salads, or pick up fantastic cooked dishes from our hot counter – perhaps tempura prawns with the lightest of batter or hand-made gyoza. There are also sushi packs for lunch on-the-go or you can place an order for customised hand rolls and sashimi. It’s all about pristine seafood that’s expertly prepared by our sushi chefs.
The Bar features our careful curation of the finest beers, wines and spirits, with an emphasis on locally produced craft beers, small-batch wines and spirits from boutique Australian distilleries. Our eye for detail even extends to the softer stuff – think house-made tonic water, ginger ale and locally sourced kombucha, as well as freshly pressed tomato juice for our Bloody Marys.
