If anyone can manage to consistently look stunning in a swimsuit, it's David Jones ambassador Jessica Gomes. Wanting to know her best bikini-body secrets, we took some time out on our summer catalogue shoot to ask her how she gets in shape for the summer season. According to Jess, she starts by eating clean and lean - lots of proteins and good fats (such as avocadoes). She also does a combination of cardio and weight training to stay toned and strong.
