What happens when an iconic denim brand and a 19-year-old reality star/model/Instagirl come together? A campaign that’s bound to make waves on social media.
Calvin Klein, a brand with a history of working with the young and the famous, has chosen Kendall Jenner as the new face of their #mycalvins denim series. Following on from the footsteps of Brooke Shields, Kate Moss and Christy Turlington, Kendall Jenner is fast shaking off her Kardashian ‘Konnection’ (sorry we had to) and becoming a star in her own right. The campaign is shot by well-known fashion photographer Alasdair McLellan and shows a fresh-faced Kendall alongside male model Simon Nessman.
Launching at a time when the athleisure trend (read: athletic wear as leisurewear) is at its peak, the range has a sporty streetwear feel which includes tees, sweatshirts, joggers and jeans, and features a new cropped take on the iconic ‘Calvin’ logo.
