As a visual storyteller what I look for in scenarios is a language that goes deeper, emotionally connects and in doing so the sum of the whole will not only tell stories but make us embrace them, feel them.

David Jones was thrilled to work with internationally renowned director, Jeffrey Darling, on our latest film. His work simply takes our breath away. It could be in its sheer grandeur of place or the flutter of an eyelid, but what it gives you is that feeling of being within the moment: inside it. The ideas somehow feel more intimate, more beautiful - more memorable. The stories he tells don't feel scripted. It is as if something is happening and Darling has just been lucky to be there to capture it.

Regarded as one of the world’s most successful commercial directors, Jeffrey’s unique directorial aptitude and poetic vision is highly sought-after by creative teams and clients globally in both traditional formats and new media. His recent campaign for Lexus GS received over 8 million hits within the first 3 weeks of going live online. 

He has won over 40 major awards in Australia, USA, UK and Germany. His work for Jaguar and Boeing are in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art, New York. Jeffrey continues to work on major worldwide campaigns for prestigious clients such as Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH), BMW, Qantas, Diners Club, Pernod Ricard, American Express, Maybelline, Jaguar, Volvo, Coca-Cola, Cathay Pacific and Lexus, to name a few.
