The David Jones Classic Gift Card is presented on a blue DL carrier (pictured left) and can be loaded with any value from $5 to $5000.

The David Jones Premium Gift Card is an exclusive gift with a point of difference (pictured left) and is the ultimate gift in a card. It can be credited with values from $5 to $99,999 and comes beautifully packaged in a black presentation box embossed with the David Jones logo. (David Jones Premium Gift Card packaging cost’s $4.95 each.)

To order a Classic or Premium Gift Card, please click here to download the David Jones Gift Card order form. Then simply fax back the completed form to 02 9266 6538 or email corporate.services@davidjones.com.au.

To order a Classic Gift Card on a personalised carrier, please contact Corporate Services for further details on how to include your message and logo. (Please note that Personalised Carrier orders have a 7–10 day turnaround time and setup fees apply).

You will receive a tax invoice via email the following business day after we receive your order which you can use to pay via EFT or cheque. Paying via EFT or cheque will not delay the processing time of your order as we only require payment to activate the cards.

Customers nominating to pay via credit card on the order form will need to get the credit card holder to sign the order form and provide their contact number for Corporate Services to call them directly.

A Corporate Services representative will then contact the credit cardholder within 48 hours, to process the payment over the phone. If you foresee issues with Corporate Services contacting the cardholder, please contact Corporate Services to discuss. Once the payment has been received or the charge has been made, an email confirming payment will be sent to the nominated order contact person. No credit card details will be kept on file or accepted by any other person other than the credit cardholder.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery depending on location. WA orders should allow up to 7 working days. All gift card orders must be delivered and cannot be collected from stores. All gift card orders incur a delivery fee. Please see the order form for the delivery structure.

Once you receive your gift card order, you will need to contact Corporate Services on 1300 301 906 to activate the gift cards. Payment will need to be received before gift cards can be activated. Once activated, gift cards will be ready for use in store the following day.
